Cobalt Advocates is a grassroots, statewide Colorado organization that advances abortion access and reproductive rights through civic engagement, public policy, and electoral work.
Our organization began in 1967 when Colorado became the first state in the nation to decriminalize safe, legal abortion. Cobalt believes nothing should stand between you and your health decisions, which is why we are dedicated to advocating for systems, structures, and policies that protect reproductive rights and guarantee comprehensive, universal access to reproductive healthcare, including abortion.
Hours of Operation + Response Time
Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.
We are usually open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. We close for most federal holidays, and occasionally additional breaks, and will close our intake form and let current clients know about our closures.
Response times happen within our working hours.
We typically respond within 48 business hours of when you submit your application. We appreciate your patience. Your right to access abortion care is our priority.
